Product Description

The basic machine body is composed of a mild steel chassis with SS 304 frames that are bolted and welded from a rigid frame device structure. It is designed like a balcony and holds several modular stations. The machine's several stations are managed by a centrally positioned spline shaft that is powered by the main motor. All of the drive components and substantial cabling are housed inside and behind the machine. The machine's feeding and indexing systems are driven by two servo motors. The Product Transfer Roller (PTR) precisely feeds the Alu/Alu Blister.

For the safety of the operator, the machine shall be adequately guarded. The machine's front side provides access to the cantilevered modular stations modifications.
